This Bakers Pride EP-2-2828 HearthBake Series Deck Oven is equipped with everything needed to bake delicious bread, meats, pizzas, and more. It has a sturdy 430-type stainless steel exterior and an 18-gauge aluminized steel interior. The Oven has been fully insulated to lock in warm air, keeping kitchen and oven interior temperatures more consistent. It has top and bottom heat, adjusted by convenient infinite controls.

This EP-2-2828 has a temperature range of 200°-700°F and comes with a handy electric timer. The timer has a continuous ring alarm with manual shut-off. Its interior lights make watching and retrieving products easier. Glass window in tilt-up door.
